We are located at the corner of Hwy. 59 and Weslayan, two blocks away from Lakewood Church, in the Weslayan Tower. Our offices are located on the 19th floor, and parking is free for the first 15 minutes. We strongly recommend parking in the garage and not on the street. The parking police ticket cars quickly in the Greenway Plaza area.
If you are coming to claim a prize, you will need to bring a picture ID (Texas Drivers License, ID Card, or Military ID Card) and if claiming money, your Social Security Card. You may send someone to claim your prize for you, but that person MUST bring a copy of YOUR I.D. or Driver's License. You must come IN PERSON for cash prizes or prizes valued at more than $600. Unfortunately we CANNOT mail any prizes.
All prizes (except tickets) must be claimed within 10 working days of winning. Failure to claim prizes within 10 working days may result in forfeiture of the prize. Tickets must be picked up before 5:30pm on the last business day before the event. Unclaimed prizes may not be substituted or replaced.
Internet prize winners will receive an e-mail with specific instructions on claiming their prizes. The e-mail will specify any deadlines in claiming those prizes. |
