“I may not have been born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could!” so says Laura Reynolds of her adopted state. “It’s the friendly folks, beautiful weather and endless entertainment possibilities that make Houston special to me!”

Laura began her radio career as a disc jockey in Columbus, Nebraska on a dare from her high school typing teacher and found out that she loves working in radio. Along the way to Houston, Laura has worked in Columbia, Missouri as a DJ where she also won several statewide awards for her commercial and public service writing. In Jefferson City, Missouri she was a television weather forecaster. After a brief stop in Wichita, Kansas, Laura made her way to Houston. She began doing afternoon traffic reports for sister station KILT AM Sports Radio 610 in October of 2001 and added 100.3 KILT FM to her responsibilities in July of 2003. You can also hear Laura doing traffic reports prior to Texans football games on both Sports Radio 610 and KILT FM.
